Seams & stitching
Triple-checked construction. If our stitching or seam work fails in normal use, that's on us to fix.
The all-weather guarantee
Every sail and cover we make is built to stand up to the weather you actually sail in — and backed by our workmanship guarantee. If something isn't right, you bring it back and we put it right.
What it covers
The guarantee is about how the sail is made — the seams, the reinforcements, the finishing. If a fault in our workmanship shows up in normal use, we repair or remake it. It's the same standard whether you bought a dinghy sail or a superyacht cover.
Triple-checked construction. If our stitching or seam work fails in normal use, that's on us to fix.
Corners, batten pockets and load points built to take the strain — and stood behind if they don't.
Rings, slides, UV strips and fittings fitted properly, and put right if a fitting we installed lets go.
Sails are consumables — sun, chafe and hard weather wear them out. The guarantee covers our workmanship, not normal ageing or misuse.
How a claim works
Send a photo and a line about what's happened, through contact or your loft.
We assess whether it's a workmanship issue or fair wear — honestly, both ways.
If it's on us, we repair or remake it. If it's wear, we'll tell you and quote the fair fix.
Sorted and returned to Scheveningen or Dénia, or shipped back to you.
Every sail and cover carries a two-year workmanship guarantee. The full terms are set out in writing with your order.
Confidence, built in
The guarantee isn't a marketing line — it's the natural end of building sails properly in the first place. Price your sail in the estimator and we'll set out the guarantee with your quote.
